Everything about this cake is over the top. The decorations, the height, but most importantly, the flavor. The chocolatey flavor of this cake is so rich and decadent and when you mix it with the creaminess of the peanut butter you end up with a baking masterpiece.
Reading this back, this too sounds a little bit over the top but once you actually make this cake and take your first bite, you will understand.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can modify it to make a much smaller cake, which is exactly what I did. In the video she makes a 8 lb. cake. I made a 4 lb. and it turned out perfect. And all the modifications are on her site so you really have no reason not to make this incredible cake.
