I have made some pretty cool cakes in the past but, I’m not sure why, making these rainbow waffles are one of my favorite recipes that I make. I still remember my daughters reaction when I first made these rainbow waffles. You would have thought that I created electricity. For that spilt second I was the coolest mom in the world. That all ended when I did not let them drench their waffles in syrup.
