Even though summer is almost over, I still wanted to share this video with you because I think it is such a great idea for people who are fighting for more time in the morning. If you are anything like me, mornings are usually hectic because I’m fighting with my girls on what they want for breakfast.
Well, this solved all of that. In their mind they are having ice-cream for breakfast, but we know they are getting a really nutritious breakfast without all the yells and screams. The combination of yogurt, fruit, and oats makes this treat super delicious and healthy.
I also started to do some variations besides just using strawberries. I used blueberries, peaches, raspberries and blackberries and they were all a hit. This is one of my favorite recipes that I found this summer and I am so glad that I did.
