One of my favorite things to have with my coffee in the morning is a light fluffy muffin. I am not really picky when it comes to muffins. I love corn muffins and also chocolate chip muffins but my absolute favorite is the blueberry muffin. I am really not sure why because I really do not like blueberries on their own but mix them in a muffin and I am sold.
I especially love this recipe because just like she mentioned in the video, these blueberry muffins do turn out to be extremely fluffy. I was not so sure when it came to adding the orange zest but it does add so much great flavor to these muffins. So I recommend you just trying it, at least for your first time making this recipe.
