I have seen a cake that looks like a pizza but this is actually a pizza that looks like a cake. But this is not any pizza. This is layers and layers of cheese and pepperoni. Each dough layer is covered with cheese, pepperoni and your favorite pizza sauce. So you can imagine once you cut into this pizza cake how thick and delicious it will be.
For those you love to make homemade pizza this is just a unique way of doing it. It is very simple to make and the end product is out of this world.
Ingredients:
* (4) Tubes of Pizza Crust
* (1) Bag Mozzarella Cheese
* (1) Package Pepperoni:
* (1) Jar of Pizza Sauce:
*8 Inch removable Bottom Pan:
HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE:
* (2) Cups Warm Water
* (2-1/2) Cups All Purpose Flour + Extra to add in later
* (2) Packets Quick Rising Yeast
* (1) Teaspoon Salt
* (1) Teaspoon Sugar
* (1) Tablespoon Honey
Procedure:
-Mix warm water and yeast in mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix until well combined and let sit for 5 minutes.
-Add 2 ½ cups flour, salt, and honey then mix until well combined.
-Add ½ cup flour and mix until dough doesn’t stick to your hands.
-Place the dough into oiled bowl and cover. Let dough sit at room temperature to rise, at least 1 hour.
