One Single Drop Of This Ingredient Makes This Cake A Work Of Art

What immediately attracted me to this cake was the appearance. There is no denying that this cake looks beautiful. Who knew that just by adding blue food coloring would make such a beautiful cake? It has the perfect blue shade that goes so well with the white chocolate and the fresh blueberries on top. However, what has me wanting to make this is the flavor combination of blueberries and lemon.

Now that spring is here I yearn for fresh and sweet flavor combinations and I think blueberry and lemon is number one on my list. I am also intrigued to see how the chocolate layer in the middle will taste with the blueberry preserves and lemon custard.

This is definitely a cake that will work for a bridal shower and/or baby shower.
