Now that the holiday season is fast approaching, some of us will have a house filled with family members. And most of us really only focus on creating a mouthwatering family dinner, but pay very little attention to the next important meal ; breakfast.
This could be due to the fact that we are absolutely exhausted and just getting some donuts and bagels is a lot easier then making another homemade meal. However, if you make this Pumpkin French Toast Casserole, you get the best of both worlds.
First, your family members will be shocked that you made another homemade meal but you know that you didn’t have to wake up super early because this is an Overnight French Toast Pumpkin Casserole, which tastes even better if you make it the night before and let it set overnight and that morning all you have to do is put it in the oven.
