Ok, I love brownies and I love cookie dough. So when you tell me that there is a video that combines these two wonderful things together I am going to watch it and share it with everyone I know.
Everything about this dessert is great. It feels like you are having two desserts in one, which is why I guess I love it so much LOL. You are having the rich chocolate flavor from the brownies and the sweetness from the cookie dough.
I know she mentioned that it was not necessary to make a glaze but I personally think that you can never have too much chocolate. Either way they will turn out delicious. Let me know how yours turn out if you decide to make this.
Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/3 of a Cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
