Who knew that mug cakes were a thing? Maybe I am not in the know but I just recently started hearing about these a lot more. I must say that I personally still love the whole process of baking the “old fashion way” LOL, but these mug cakes are pretty interesting.
I think one of the reasons I like them is they are extremely easy and fast to make and I also like the fact that they are small. Instead of having a whole cake in my house that I keep eating, with mug cakes I do not feel as bad when I eat the whole thing.
