So if any of my friends call me this weekend I am going to be busy. Part of my weekend will consist of making this Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich Bar and the other part will be stuffing my face with this delicious dessert.
I am really excited to make this because I love fudgy brownies but never seem to turn out that way. But I am going to resist the urge to over mix, like mentioned in the video, and create these awesome looking brownies.
Then if that is not awesome enough you get to have them with vanilla ice-cream drizzled with caramel sauce. Seriously? How can this get any better. Oh, I know! Garnish it with ganache. Now do you know why I am going to be stuffing my face this weekend?
