Minions are everywhere! So what could be better than making a dessert that revolves around these adorable characters. I know my 2 year old will be thrilled when I make these for her birthday party next month.
I hope mine come out as cute as the cupcakes in the video because I really want them to look like Minions. The last thing I want is for no one at the party to realize that these are Minions cupcakes.
The great thing about having children preview my first Minion cupcakes is that they will absolutely let me know if I successfully created a Minion cupcake or if I just created a cupcake with a Twinkie on top.
