Coca-Cola Is Not The Only Special Ingredient In This Coca-Cola Inspired Chocolate Cake

This Coca-Cola Cake recipe is a very soft and moist chocolate cake. It might seem strange to add Coca-Cola to a cake but you should give this cake a try, especially if you love sweet desserts. Then, if that is not awesome enough, while the cake is still warm pour a sweet chocolate frosting with some pecans on top if you wish.

1/2 cup (120 grams) flavorless oil (corn, vegetable, safflower or canola oil)

1 cup (250 grams) Coca-Cola® (Coke®)

Chocolate Frosting:

3 cups (345 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted

1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup (25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-processed)>/span>
