These Apple Pie Rolls Are Worth Every Roll

The moment I watch this video I knew I had to make these Apple Pie Rolls to add them to my stomach rolls LOL. However, I have no shame because these Apple Pie rolls are worth every roll.

The filling of this dessert is so simple but incredible. And on top of that the homemade dough takes this dessert to another level.

For the Dough:
1/4 cup of Warm Water, about 110 degrees
2-1/4 tsp of Active Dry Yeast
4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar plus 1 tsp
1 tsp of Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
3/4 cup of Whole Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

For the Apple Mixture:
4 Apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced, I use Gala Apples
1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup of Water or Apple Cider
1 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour

For the Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/3 tsp of Ground Allspice
1/3 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
Zest of 1/2 of an Orange

For the Glaze:
1/4 cup of Softened Cream Cheese
1-1/4 cup of Confectioner Sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
4 to 5 Tbsp of Whole Milk
