I actually made these Apple Brownies this New Years Eve. My girls had been sick leading up to New Years so my husband and I figured that we would probably just stay in. Fortunately, New Years Eve day they were feeling like themselves again so we decided to go to a family friend’s house.
Of course, I couldn’t go empty handed however I did not plan on baking anything. Thankfully, I remembered watching this video and I decided to bake it. I am glad I did because they were super delicious and extremely easy to make. Sometimes the easiest desserts are the simplest desserts.
