A Unique Spin On Homemade Pizza. You Are Going To Fall In Love With This Idea

I have made many homemade pizzas in my life but nothing compares to this recipe. I love the idea of grilling the dough for a few minutes. It gives the bread such a great flavor.

The basil and the different cheeses really make this pizza taste out of this world. And my favorite is adding the balsamic reduction after taking the pizza out of the oven. All these flavors combine makes this a recipe that I am so glad that I came across.

1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 oz dry active yeast

-Balsamic reduction
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar

Ricotta cheese
Goat cheese
Dry parmesan
Shredded mozzarella
Sliced vine ripe tomato
Fresh spinach
