Like most people in the world we are always trying to eat healthier but just don’t have the time. This video gives us 8 smoothies all with only 3 ingredients.
I know at least for me I love smoothies but it seems like I don’t know what I should put in them. This is why I love this video. It tells me what to use and on top of that they only need three ingredients.
My own personal tip. The fruit I use is usually frozen so this way I don’t have to use ice which won’t water down my smoothie.
